Through WIIT AG, WIIT acquires the “Edge & Cloud” business from German Edge Cloud GmbH & Co. KG, a Friedhelm Loh Group subsidiary and continues its expansion in Germany.
With a transaction worth approximately euro 6.5 million, including earn-outs, WIIT has acquired a business unit offering Edge Computing and Cloud Services, expanding into the strategic Frankfurt area in Germany. This acquisition will enable the Group to acquire a customer portfolio of highly loyal customers, other than to strenghten the team in Germany with expert professionals. A further step towards Cloud4Europe.
